Very bad Pagespeed performance

Dear support,
I enter my website http://www.bailalma.com on the pagespeed tool from Google and found out that the site has a very bad rating. It scores a 9/100. Now, I try to keep the site as lean as I can and even installed your AMP plug in to attempt some optimization…but it does not seem to work.
Do you have any suggestion on this matter?
