Video popup not working on an advanced button when inside a slide

My structure is as follows:
Advanced slider > Slide > Advanced buttons > Advanced button: This is set to Vimeo video with the video popup option enabled.
The button loads the video modal correctly when used in a section, but redirects to Vimeo when used inside a slide.
Is there any workaround to make this work? Thanks in advance.
