video preview icon missing in post

Hi,

I have installed a few videos in my posting from my desktop. The videos are installed from the media library. the problem is that there is no picture on the icon. The icon simply displays a play button. Of course when the user goes to select a video, he is unable to know which it is before he presses the play symbol. Thank you for a reply. Ron
