Wondering if you might have any info on these:
1) Currently on my Ascend theme I’ve got a Youtube video embedded using an iframe, inside a Visual Editor widget, inside a row of a SiteOrigin framework: <iframe width=”490″ height=”274″ src=”*Login to see link frameborder=”0″ allowfullscreen></iframe>
The video fits perfectly on desktop. However on my iPhone in vertical mode it displays as being too wide for the screen, going off the side. Not the neatest appearance. (It’s OK when I turn the phone to landscape mode.) I’ve had this problem before and found no workaround. Is there a way to make it work on both devices?
2) Before I used the Youtube code, I tried embedding that video as an MP4 directly from the media library, instead of sharing it from Youtube. I tried the SiteOrigin video widget, and I tried it with a Visual Editor. Both times when saving the page I got a server error. It’s only a 4MB file. I’m wondering if this is a “mime type” kind of error. Somewhere in the back of my mind I recall having to add a mime type to something, somewhere. Or maybe it’s something else. Any idea what could be causing this?
