Vimeo Shortcode Autoplay Not Working On Ascend Themed site

I have the same video and shortcode on both pages: [kad_vimeo url=”*Login to see link autoplay=”true”]
I’m using Visual Editor inside of Pagebuilder on both sites.
The site it’s working on is using Virtue. The site it’s not working on is using Ascend. However, I suspect the problem is not necessarily about the theme. I do have Vimeo working with autoplay on other Ascend sites.
