Virtue Bold logo size

Hi there,
I have been using and loving the Virtue Premium theme, and I’m now looking at adding the Virtue Bold child theme to one of my sites. I just have a couple of questions before I make a purchase:
1) Is there a limit on the size of the logo on Virtue Bold? I would like to have a very large logo on my homepage when you first land there (let’s say 600px wide). If this is achievable either within the theme options or with some custom CSS then that’s great, I just wanted to make sure it’s not going to thwart any of the great built-in functionality of the site.
2) Is the only way for me to obtain the Virtue Bold child theme by purchasing a year membership for $75 USD? Even if I have previously purchased the Virtue Premium theme?
