Virtue & BPS Pro compatibility issue

Greetings,
Working on a new site and after activating the child theme and also tested the bold version, the theme has a compatible issue with BulletProof Security Pro plugin.
BPS has a lot of “read me” popups on its pages, after activating the Virtue child themes, all those “read me” popups are now open and readable on all of the plugin pages.
It seems this happened after the latest update of the Virtue theme as I didn’t have this issue on another site, until now.
