Virtue Carousel – weird formatting of title on home page

Hello!
The virtue carousel on my homepage has an issue – the titles are inches below the images. When I add 150 px padding on top and bottom the title gets to the right place but on the mobile version the images are all scrunched up and not properly formatted. What can I do? Also, how can I attach an image of the issue to this post?
