Virtue conflicts with wedocs plugin

Greetings!

I am adding the wedocs to my site, which is on my localhost.

There is a conflict with the theme as it doesn’t obey themes settings for page wideness, been testing back and forth with this settings:

Limit Max Page width Limit Max Page to 940px ON
With this setting, I use the page full-width layout and wedocs fills out the full screen.

Site Layout Style, Select Boxed or Wide Site Layout Style Set to Boxed
With this setting set to ON, the site in the whole doesn’t look nice but wedocs plays nice and stays within the wideness of the theme.

And lastly;

Where wedocs Documentation index is listed on the left, wedocs pulls the Recent Comments, Archives, and Categories widgets and they are listed below the doc’s index where they shouldn’t be, as I am using the full-width page layout.

I also implemented settings found here without any luck; the above issue is still there.

Any ideas how to fix this?
