Virtue Potfolio item not showing

Hi,

I have recently added a portfolio item and added a Nextgen gallery and some text to it. Suddenly however (maybe because of some actions by a fellow editor with less experience) the portfolio item no longer shows in the overview of portfolio items so I can no longer edit it. It also doesn’t show up in the portfolio caroussel but I know for a fact it still exist through this:

Is there a possible way that a portfolio item would still be in the DB but not visible from the overview?
