Virtue premium 4.2.6

Just updated from 4.2.5 and the site crashed. Got the “fatal error” message. Went to the debug log and saw:

So I disabled the Top Bar in Theme Options and the site came back.
Am using Woocpmmerce 4.3.1 and it was all working fine in 4.2.5 so updating has caused a problem?
Seems there is a conflict somewhere……or am I totally wrong? All help gratefully received
