Virtue Premium theme help

Hi there, thanks firstly for a great theme! I need a little help with a few things if possible I have searched the forums and tried a few different bits of code for some of these but with no luck- this is my site *Login to see link
1. I can’t work out why my 5 boxes do not align. It has somthing to do with the text, as the empty boxes sit all flush, but I cannot work out why.
2. I would like to decrease the gap at the top of the footer before the contents heading and contact icon
3. I would like to change the font size in the footer widget in column one – contents
4. I would like the topbar menu to sit to the right
5. is it possible to have a small yellow (#f3cd00) vertical line to separate the menu items eg HOME | OUR TEAM | CUSTOMERS
6. Is it possible to change the background colour on different pages. Where the dark grey currenty is I would like to change it to a lighter grey and the yellow on different pages.
