Virtue Premium Theme won't load - Kadence Support Forums

Hey, i recently tried upgrading the virtue free theme to the premium and upon previewing received an error saying ‘cheatin’ huh’. i activated the theme and nothing would load. the homepage is white and there is no page source code or anything. my woocommerce shop page only loads my products and title and nothing else.

i tired increasing my php memory and wp memory and still white. i tried de-activating all my plugins(not very many) and still white.my old theme and default themes still work. i also tried plugins like debug this which didnt seem to display any errors, i tried looking for erors in error logs etc. but couldnt seem to find any but that may be because i dont know exactly everywhere to look.

any help would be a great help
