Virtue Shortcodes Button does not work

Hello,
if I try to use the shortcode button above the editor window of my page a little pop-up opens. I can choose a shortcode through the dropdown menu. When I want to insert it by clicking the insert button on the pop-up, nothing happens!!!
I tried to work around by using shortcodes I found online and wrote them directly in the editor window.
My problem is – I can not find all shortcodes online especially with all the editing possibilities. Is there a complete list of all shortcodes vom the shortcode button like accordion and table …? Or can someone help me with this damn button?
