Virtue Social Links & Mobile Menu Icons Disappeared

Hi Guys,
I just went to check updates on a site and noticed that the social media (facebook) icons in the top bar and footer disappeared as well as the 3 line icon for the mobile menu. Any Ideas? Link: *Login to see link
I am sure this is something easy that I am overlooking.
