Virtue update reset Woocommerce image ratio

Hi,
I just updated my virtue theme and my shop images have the wrong ratio now. I went to Theme Options –> shop Settings and selected Category Image Ratio (Square 1:1) and Product Image Aspect Ratio (Square: 1:1), and turned on “Enable Product Image Aspect Ratio” on catalog pages and product pages, but it’s still not working.
Please advise.
