Visual Editor Widget Not Displaying in Topbar

The Visual Editor widget is not displaying correctly in the Topbar and I can’t figure out why (I entered some text and images). Also, when I try and upload an image from my media file, it only displays part of the image and not the whole thing. I tried uploading the image again but still run into the same problem (but the weird thing is the image displays correctly when I use the Virtue Image widget).
