want to click on testimonial carousel to click on main testimonial link.

I set url link on testimonial carousel to redirect the main person testimonial screen but it cant work.
suggest or help me what to do ? bcoz our testimonial are bigger so it needs to read whole testimonial n carousel shows only shorter part of that testimonial plz help me.
