Website not loading, attempted to update theme

Hello,
When I attempt to go to my website login, I get this error message:
This page isn’t working brfcleaningservices.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500
I contacted my hosting provider, A2 Hosting, and they replied:
We have checked the logs on the server and can see below PHP errors:-

Problem seems to be with the custom wordpress theme which you are using for your website. Web programming provides a large amount of flexibility, but it can be hard learned and small mistakes can make a script malfunction. Unfortunately, it is beyond our scope to debug scripting issues that are not related to the server or server miss-configuration. We therefore recommend you seek assistance from theme provider or professional web developer in this regards.

I attempted to update the virtue theme yesterday and it gave me an error message. I also was getting a message that I needed to install Kadence Blocks, which I had previously done (I was using the block editor already, so seemed odd to get this message). When I attempted to install kadence blocks, it gave me an error, saying the folder already existed. As of this morning, I haven’t been able to access anything.

Please let me know if you need any more information to solve the issue.
