Weird issues when site viewed on iPhones

Good morning,
When I pull up my website *Login to see link on an iPhone, the mobile header is displaying the site title and tagline and the search button (all of which I turned off in the theme options). Also, when you click on the YouTube play button, the video doesn’t play. The desktop version of the site works fine, even when the screen size is changed. Did I accidentally mess something up along the way?
