Where are the page types?

I run multiple sites – some using the Premium version of Virtue, some using the Free version. Once I updated the theme to the latest version of Virtue, I no longer have the option of choosing the Page Template type when creating a new page in the Free version (this problem does not seem to exist in the Premium version). Can you tell me why?
