Where can I change the settings of the membership plugins

Hi Ben/Hannah,
Virtue bold installed.
I have installed Simple share and Kadence Related Content plugins but I do not know where are their settings.
The simple share seems in the beginning of the blogs posts, but I need to have in the end of the posts too, but can not find where to do that.
Please help.
