Where can I control the image that is attached when sharing?

Hello,
I cannot find where to change the image that is attached when I share my site. For instance if I send the link to my site *Login to see link in a private message on Facebook, the attached thumbnail image is from the demo content. I don’t know the right term to call this image, but I would like to change it into one of my own.
