Where to intall a website Spokesperson video

Hi Ben,
I hope you can help me. I’m trying to install a few different website spokesperson videos we had made on the home page as well as on few shop category pages and regular pages. I think need to do it through the ftp but I’m not sure exactly which file(s) to install them in.
Here are the instructions the company that made the videos for me gives on how to install on WordPress sites, but its not specific enough and I worry that I may mess something up: *Login to see link
Installing on WordPress, Joomla, or a Website Builder
Wordpress- With wordpress if your home page is not an actual page and is just a template, the template to add the line of code to is index.php. Also, sometimes wordpress will not allow you to choose where you upload your files to. If this is the case you need to follow these simple steps.
Use the wordpress file manager to upload the files.
Find out where that is, the full url. For example, “*Login to see link
Then in the wthvideo.js file change the path value from “wthvideo” to the url in step 1 and upload it.
Then in the line of code replace the wthvideo portion of the src value with the location of your files.
