Which theme can give me a self-hosted video header on home page

Hi there.
One of my clients wants a video used on the background of the home page similar to this example: *Login to see link
His video isn’t hosted on Youtube. Is this possible using one of the themes? Are there any issues I should know about before proceeding?
I searched on the forums and knowledge base but couldn’t really find a simple answer.
