White text on pinnacle image menu

some questions:
question1:Where can i change the white text size and stuff? becuase you cant read the text.

question2: strange thing is when you select the option height size set by image size the text will be white
but if you select the option height size set by height setting above the text will be black
where can i change what colour what size etc of the menu text.
we whant something like this for all our image menu items:

is this possible from typography settings? without using css code
