Why is the repeater field displaying like this in the block editor?

There are a few issues, I a not sure what is causing the conflicts?
#1 it is very narrow width on the repeater fields. See screenshot
#2 When I try to click on the image to edit it, the media library is not displaying correctly.
You can see part of it in the left bottom portion of the screen capture.
Do you have any idea how to resolve this?
