WiFi Splash Page

Hi guys, I need to create a splash page which guests will reach when they connect to the WiFi at a local business however although I want to host this splash page to be on my website I don’t want to show anything but the page content, i.e no header/menus/footer ect ect.
All that I want to show on the page is a full size image background and a gravity form where we can capture the customers name and email address.
