Woo 4.5.1 and Virtue 3.4.5 contains outdated copies

Greetings
After updating to woo 4.5 and for some reason I was stuck with Virtue 3.3.7., I didn’t get any notification in my dashboard for update, today I downloaded the latest 3.4.5 from my account and uploaded through FTP, and still I have this message:
Your theme (Virtue – Premium) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.
virtue_premium/woocommerce/loop/add-to-cart.php version 2.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.5.0,
virtue_premium/woocommerce/single-product/review.php version 2.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.5.0,
I’ve also had problems for some months with updating virtue on my xampp, in the process the files gets deleted and that’s where the update stops, any idea why the updates wont install the files?
