woo-commerce shipping on virtue

Hi,
I am trying to arrange shipping on woo commerce, but not a flat rate. The system does not allow me to do it. Is it possible to use other ways of shipping such as Royal mail on other services? I understand that it may not be a virtue problem, however I would like to be sure.
