Woocomerce products are not in order and missing number of items perpage

Hi,
The site url *Login to see link and when products pages moves number of products show on the page dislocate some times i mean i have set up at 12 items per page only the first page shows the proper number of items as 12 but when you move to the product second page it shows only 10 per page and some times items shows in a weird way ( item images shows by missing order align to one side or another. can you advice me what should i do with it.thank you in-advance for your support.
