Woocommerce 3.0 + Wooswatches = problem with Pinnacle

The select dropdowns are not supposed to be showing whilst the Wooswatches are in use. Now they’re showing above the swatches.

I’ve already contacted the author of the plugin “Wooswatches” and he thinks its an issue with the theme, as the latest version of that plugin is compatible with Woocommerce 3.0. He also suggested perhaps there is somewhere in the theme options that allows the styling of the dropdowns to be changed which may be affecting it, but I’m not aware of any such option in Pinnacle.
It seems the structure of the elements that display the variation selection criteria has changed with Woocommerce 3.0.
