Hey Everyone!
Woocommerce 3.0 came out today (April 4th). It’s a large update with something like 3000 changes to the plugin. So lets get into your questions.

First: Should you update?
– My general advise is to wait a couple days. Usually when woocommerce creates a large update like this they find a lot of bugs in the first couple days so waiting even a week can save you from being caught in any current bugs. BUT note that if you choose to wait to update you may also need to wait to update woocommerce extension plugins. Also the more woocommerce extensions you have the more wary I would be about updating to quickly.

Second: Is my Kadence Theme/Plugin ready for 3.0?
– Yes, as long as you have the latest version of the theme/plugin we’ve updated in prep for this woocommerce update.

Third: What changes?
In terms of the front end of your site the biggest change comes with the product gallery. There is now options for a type of image zoom and carousel that you can enabled in your theme options > product settings.
