Woocommerce bookings compatibility issue

Good Afternoon.
I’ve started experiencing issues with Woocommerce bookings plugin were the calendar date colours are changing from red to blue for booked dates randomly.
I contacted Woocommerce support and after quite a bit of time they put it done to a theme conflict.
All plugins have been deactivated apart from the require Woocommerce ones and the issue persists which supports this.
Could you please have a look to see what happening?
