WooCommerce Bundled Products Extension: Variable Add to Cart not working

Hi there,

The error I am experiencing is when I use the product bundles extension with woocommerce, it seems to work fine with a simple product. But as soon as I add a variable product, I cannot add anything to the cart because it appears even though I choose a variation, it still thinks I haven’t chosen one.

I have tried it with twenty fifteen, for example, and it works fine, so it is theme related.

One hint is when I choose any variation, I do not get a javascript error. However, when I click ‘clear selection’ I get a ‘Uncaught ReferenceError: $variation_form is not defined’ error.
