woocommerce cross sells

Hi, we have here *Login to see link a woocommerce installed, if you put a product in the cart and go into the cart *Login to see link you will see cross sells in the bottom.
we added the
remove_action( ‘woocommerce_cart_collaterals’, ‘woocommerce_cross_sell_display’);
to remove cross sells from there but it is still there… is there a “non woocommerce” management of that done from the ascend theme? how we can remove that not using the css…
