Woocommerce Extras thumbnail proportions

Hello team,
Please forgive me if this has already been addressed as I’m unable to find the solution. I’m using your Woocommerce Extras plugin for the product slider and I’m still unable to find the correct proportions for my thumbnail images. All of my images are the same size / proportion, however they are still showing cropped top and bottom. I have attempted to alter the media settings to configure these, as well as the Woocommerce image proportion settings, but still no luck. My page is here: *Login to see link
