Wrong photo

Hi,
I have a problem in my portfolio which only occurs on my pc and not on my mobile phone..
The fourth image in the gallery, the thumbnail, is showing a girl with a music instrument.
But when you click on it another image appears, the right image!
To be clear the thumbnail of the girl with a music instrument is wrong and ofource must be the same as the photo when you click on it!
The photo which apears in the thumbnail is a photo of mine which I uploaded some time ago and already deleted. So I do not understand why this one apears in the thumbnail…
Who can help me?!
