z-index Issue with Kadence Blocks

Hey guys,
I am running into some z-index issues on this page: *Login to see link
If I load the content under my dropdown not inside of a Kadence Blocks row everything works but when I load the content in a Kadence Blocks row I run into this issue.

This is a custom dropdown but I’m pretty stumped as to why it works when I don’t load the below content in a Kadence Blocks row.
