Have you ever wished creating forms for your website could be simple and stress-free? Us too! That’s exactly why we developed the Form Block in Kadence Blocks. This block enables you to design and customize contact and marketing forms according to your preferences. The Form Block is fully integrated with Google reCAPTCHA, limitless field additions, and so many style options. This block is sure to become a go-to tool for all your website creations.

Why Choose the Kadence Form Block?

Unlike other plugins that require complex configurations or additional installs that slow down your website, the Kadence Form Block is built directly into Kadence Blocks. This makes it lightweight and simple to use while offering advanced features like dynamic placeholders, conditional logic, and seamless integrations with CRM tools. Whether you’re a business owner, blogger, or a creative, Kadence ensures your forms look professional and function flawlessly.

Full Customization

The Form Block from Kadence Blocks gives you tons of customization. Need a minimalist form with just a name and email field? Done. Want an elaborate form with dropdown menus, file uploads, and conditional fields? Easy. You can even personalize placeholders dynamically, pre-filling fields with user-specific data like their email address or name, adding a nice little touch.

Advanced Features

The Form Block is full of stand-out features, one of those being the ability to add dynamic placeholders to populate certain settings based on the input values submitted through the form. These placeholders are especially valuable for tasks like “Auto Respond” and “Email,” where dynamic customization enhances user interactions and streamlines communication.

The features certainly don’t stop there! Kadence allows you to add submission actions like database storage, automated email responses, or even redirects to a custom thank-you page. Plus, the Form Block includes native support for Google reCAPTCHA.

Design That Matches Your Brand

Forms should be functional, but they don’t need to look boring. Kadence gives you control over every design element, from column widths to button styles. Whether you want a sleek, minimalist look or something that matches a bold website aesthetic, Kadence provides the tools to bring your vision to life.

Effortless Integration

Once you’ve created your form, Kadence makes it simple to embed it anywhere on your site. Use it on a contact page, as part of a landing page, or even within blog posts. Wherever you can add a block, you can add a contact form!

(Adv) Form Block

If you’re looking for even more features and flexibility, the Advanced Form Block is for you. Along with tons more general and style settings, you are also given Auto Response Settings, allowing you to set the “from” email address and name, a “reply to” address, and Cc and Bcc addresses. As well as the ability to enable an HTML message.

With Pro you also get Entry Settings, letting you set the form name as well as if the entry will save the user IP address and device. Check out all the Adv Form Block features.

I haven’t used this yet, as I just picked up an unlimited license. However, every time I think there may be something missing with this block editor, I’ve found it has exactly what I need! This will be the death of WordPress “page builders”! I’m seriously impressed!

This is the best part about the Kadence blocks. The form block is super useful and saves your time and money as well. I have been using a paid contact form plugin, and I was paying every year. With Kadence form block, I replaced my old contact form in just 2 minutes and it was so easy.

I miss a password field. It would be great to get this in an upcoming version:
A Password field with toggle on/of visibility and doublecheck the correctness of the password in a second filed.
