Add a Glossary Widget

Would love to have a custom post type: Glossary, with JS hover controls across the entire site, and in the admin panel: select what can be "parsed for glossary terms". We run an LMS – and a Glossary is vital to our students and website visitors. Having a built-in glossary widget with CPT would be incredible for us. Especially with layout options that already exist in Kadence Themes for support with CPT. I have ACF installed and can do the CPT easily, but the parse, hover, and admin screen are a bit more difficult for me.
