Add Anti-CSRF token to pages showing a form .

Hi a recent security survey recommended we add Anti-CSRF protection to a Kadence site we are developing. The token should be present on all pages that display a form. If this could be a default action for the theme, it would remove the need to add a plug-in for just one or two pages. Many thanks.
