Add quantity field with plus and minus buttons with ajax support on the archive products page

I would like to have a plus and minus button on the archive products, we are working with fruits and veg. and the customer wants maybe 5 kg. so if we have an + and – button the customer can choose who many products he wants. I hope this is clear for anybody please vote please…
