adding svg & custom options for contact block in header as well as link options for email

Can you please make the contact block in the header similar to the social block by adding the ability to load SVG's and add custom contact options? Also can you allow URLs and modal tags in the email link field? As it is now anything you put in that field is forced into a mailto: link. I would like to add a modal to a form or send them to the contact page form instead of using a direct email link to reduce spam.
