Adv. Query Loop: Display posts dynamically using ACF Relationship Field as a source

It would be great if the Advanced Query Loop block could be used to dynamically display posts that are related to the current post by the ACF Relationship field. i.e. Have the adv. query loop look at the current post ID that it is displayed on, and fetch posts to display in its loop that are related using a specific ACF relationship field.
