allow selection of media size (thumbnail, medium, custom etc) in Testmonial block

Right now the testimonial block always uses the full version of any image selected. I'd like to be able to choose from one of the cropped sizes, both for page load speed and because when the image is displayed as a circle, I want to use the square-cropped version so people's heads don't get cut off.
