Block enhancement developer library

Would love to have a base class for Kadence Blocks and Blocks Pro, that allows developers to "inherit" and create new custom blocks and block editing processes on top of the Kadence base objects. Part of this would include a way (through do_actions and filters) to extend existing kadence blocks. The first two that come to mind are Forms and Advanced Forms. Allowing us to "add actions", and "add settings tabs" for the action, through code in the editor. Then, providing a callback at run time to execute the action. Having a framework like this would be huge.
