Collapsable Content for H2 of Table of Content

The table of contents (TOC) block has a collapsible setting. However it applies to the whole table of content making it not very useful. Request is to make the TOC block collapsible on the h2 level. When enabled, the TOC only shows the h2. You must tap the h2 to show the h3/h4/h5. Benefit is that this prevents very long TOCs in long form articles with many h2, h3, h4.
