Consistent breakpoints across Kadence Blocks and Kadence Theme

At the very least, a 1024px breakpoint that matches up with the themes breakpoints so everything “responds” at the same time.
I was reminded of this recently when I used buttons side by side that bunched up near the mobile breakpoint because they didn’t stack on mobile until much smaller than the breakpoint for everything else.
