Count Up block target number increases automatically

Can you possibly add an automatic random increment (set between two limits) that accumulates over a configurable time period, maybe with a timed reset, so returning visitors to the site see some change rather than the same count up value ? e.g. a dairy – litres of milk used, final number needs to increase on a daily/weekly basis. so could have Total litres used (not resetting), weekly total (resets automatically) – to keep it simple these values would not actually have to be the perfect sum.
